In Trantest Precision's performance management system, the company has a rigorous performance management system. Each employee makes a performance development plan at the beginning of the new year. They review their own performance completion situation in each quarter and constantly change, adjust, and promote their own development according to the current status. Meanwhile, the company also provides training resources according to employees' performance development plans to facilitate employees' performance development.
Company Training
Trantest Precision's training policy is people-oriented and sticks to the talent concept of giving full scope to talents and making the best use of ability. The training of the company is divided into internal training and external training.
Internal Training Employees will receive systematic pre-job training before taking up the job and have professional training according to the types of jobs during employment. Meanwhile, training courses about specialty, management, personal performance, etc, will be set to improve employees' personal skills and management ability.
External Training The company will arrange employees to participate in external training according to job contents, such as visiting other companies to learn and absorb different technologies and management concepts, inviting external lecturers to give lessons, and providing stronghold stationing training.
